Kevin Smith is a transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial settings. As Principal AI Strategist, Kevin integrates program delivery expertise with forward-looking technology strategy to help organizations harness AI as a business catalyst—not just a tool. His approach centers on strategic planning, governance, and scalable execution to drive sustainable value.

Kevin has led multi-million-dollar digital transformation projects across industries including customer service, finance, HR, cybersecurity, and IT. His expertise spans the full program lifecycle—from establishing enterprise PMOs and defining policy frameworks to managing vendor ecosystems and executing organizational change. He brings a balanced perspective from both the private and public sectors, with leadership experience at Chesapeake Utilities and Intercontinental Exchange, as well as running his own consulting practice advising organizations on strategic transformation.

Kevin holds a BS from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Georgia State University, and is PMP certified. He has served as a Program Advisor for the University of Richmond and on the Advisory Council of the George Washington University School of Business.
